Tiffany D. Basdeosingh
Tiffany Basdeosingh joined the Schwartz Law Group in May 2018. Ms. Basdeosingh graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a minor in Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 2017.
During college, Ms. Basdeosingh sat on the executive boards of several organizations, including the National Black Law Student Association. She coordinated numerous educational, social, political, and philanthropic events. Ms. Basdeosingh was received into the Order of Omega Honor Society and Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society as well. As an undergraduate she interned at a personal injury law firm, working on auto accident, premise liability and product liability cases.
Throughout law school, Ms. Basdeosingh participated in Florida State University’s Public Interest Law Clinics; this led to the growth of her advocacy skills. She spent her summers clerking at law firms in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach conducting discovery and performing research and writing. Prior to graduating, she worked on a congressional campaign preparing complaints and responses filed with the Federal Election Commission and Congress. Upon graduation, Ms. Basdeosingh worked in family law, where she argued civil litigation motions and performed discovery procedures to prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.
Ms. Basdeosingh was born in Toronto, Canada and grew up in South Florida. She currently resides in Palm Beach and enjoys cultural dancing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
